Brookes Powell Architects offers respected skills in design and project implementation for all aspects of building construction projects. From initial feasibility studies through the design stages leading to Planning Approvals followed by Building Regulations Applications, full construction details and tender packages. Once the contractor's tender return is analyised, all aspects of site work are monitored, inspected and instructed as necessary. Full certification procedures can be carried out alongwith all necessary CDM Regulation procedures.

All aspects of the construction process can be offered singly or as a complete service varying from involvement at a design feasibility stage to a complete project management service. Our package of services can be tailored to suit the client's needs involving as much or as little as required.

We are able to offer a wide range of services including several design consultancies that can be integrated into our overall appointment. We can also include other consultants within our appointment by joining up with other practice specialists to give the client a "one stop shop".

Generally, the two partners handle all aspects of each job maintaining a close liaison with each client and ensuring that the design and project requirements are interpreted correctly throughout the programme of work.
